Toothsi is a highly successful startup in the clinical beauty segment, with a total funding of over $85 million. They specialize in a range of services, including teeth aligners, laser hair removal, and hydra facial treatments, and are considered leaders in this space in India. Our Product Lead designed the Product strategy and launched new verticals and implemented a strong CRM system through Salesforce. This helped Toothsi expand to multiple business lines and scale the business with unparalleled customer experience

Omni Channel Strategy for Future Group

Our team led the Omni channel initiative for the Home-solutions chain of Future Group, During the work we achieved some significant milestones including increase in E-Com conversion rate by an impressive 50%, while the top-line grew by a staggering 125% year on year. Furthermore, the Brick and Mortar conversion rates also increased by an impressive 16%.

These achievements are the result of our strategic planning and execution, as well as reflect on our team's hard work and dedication. By implementing the right tactics and leveraging technology, we have succeeded in providing a seamless shopping experience to customers across all touchpoints. Our team was tasked with conceptualising and implementing Salesforce CRM for the sales and calling team. We made sure to monitor the workload and allocate resources dynamically to ensure fast turnaround times.

We established scalable automobile inventory workflow solutions that catered to the dynamic nature of startup processes. The team also supported and enabled business process change management related to technology, policy, and processes. They collaborated with the engineering team to identify and execute scaled operations opportunities for efficient operations.

In addition, one team member acted as the product owner for internal Android apps, while another acted as the scrum master to ensure smooth agile processes.

Launch of New vertical (Jdomni.com) for Justdial

As the product leader at JD Omni, We oversaw the development of a one-stop business management solution that includes a website, app, and billing and inventory system.

Our team of designers and testers worked hard to ensure that the product meets the needs of clients across India and various domains. One of our key responsibility was product marketing, and we increased the number of active users by 20% within just three months. To achieve this, we created learning resources, such as video walkthroughs and step-by-step guidance, to help users get the most out of our product.

We also helped vendors increase their sales through LMS, campaign management, and SEO guidance.
